HJ-2 aflatoxin analyzer adopts thin layer chromatography. The aflatoxin B1in the sample is separated by the thin layer and produce purple fluorescence in UV-light of wave length 365nm. The content is tested according to the minimum detachable quantity of the florescence displayed on the thin layer.
