From 8-10 October, 2013, International Association of Operative Millers
(IAOM) hosted the fourth Southeast Asia Flour Production Seminar in Ho
Chi Minh, Vietnam. Over three days warm discussions, the seminar reached
the following outcome:
1. Strengthen flour heat treatment;
2. Strengthen special flour production;
3. Emphasize the impacts of poor quality flour produced by Turkey equipment on Southeast Asia;
4. Strengthen insecticidal efficacy;
5. Focus to carry out an actual investigation in last quality improvement emphasis of flour equipment industry.
