Project Overview

This large-scale maize milling complex built in South America consists of two independent production lines: a 300 tons per 24-hour high-grade maize flour processing plant and a 200 tons per 24-hour multi-purpose maize grits & feed meal production line.

Adopting mature European-standard grain processing technology combined with localized climate-adaptive design for South American tropical & subtropical regions, the whole plant covers raw grain receiving, cleaning, tempering, degerming, milling, grading, finished product packaging and automatic silo storage, realizing full-process intelligent, dust-free and closed production.

All steel structure main workshops, ventilation & dehumidification auxiliary buildings and vertical stainless steel conveying pipelines are tailor-made for high temperature & high humidity environment in South America. Anti-corrosion galvanized steel silos, large-volume exhaust ventilation system and waterproof electrical control cabinets effectively avoid grain mildew and equipment rust problems.

Internal workshop equipped with automatic cleaning sifters, double-section degerming machines, low-noise roller mills and centralized PLC control system.
