This overseas grain‑processing project is equipped with two independent full‑auto maize milling production lines. The combined raw‑maize handling capacity reaches 100 metric tons every 24 hours.
Located at the customer‑owned factory site in Ecuador, South‑America, the whole plant consists of galvanized steel grain silos, grain elevator conveying equipment, steel‑structure milling workshop, PLC central‑control cabin and finished‑goods warehouse. Our engineering crew has finished equipment assembly, commissioning and on‑site worker training, and the mill has begun commercial‑scale formal‑production.
Cleaning Section: Separate stones, straw, dust and rotten kernels to obtain qualified clean maize grain.
Conditioning & Degerminating Section: Adjust grain moisture, peel maize husk and extract maize germ for brighter‑colored, better‑tasting edible maize flour.
Milling and Classifying Section: Multi‑stage grinding and screening produce fine maize meal, graded maize grits and maize bran by‑product.
Dust‑removal & Electric‑control System: All pipelines adopt enclosed dust‑collecting design. The centralized PLC control panel manages the full workflow for low‑dust, food‑safe working‑shop conditions.
