It adopts stainless steel electrical heated coil for heating. Tap water goes through condenser and pressure regulator into steam generator to generate continuous and stable steam. It distils the digested samples and converts the ammonium sulfate generated during digesting into ammonia, which reacts with boric acid and generates ammonium borate. After titration, the content of crude protein can be calculated. Each sample needs about 7 minutes distilling.
