Plansifter
• It is an important equipment in flour processing. Plansifter is mainly used for grading and inspecting of stocks from various systems in flour grinding
• Unique labyrinth sealing device at motor shaft end disallows flour's entry.
• At the bottom of main shaft, there is elastic supporting device for the balance iron.
• Drive shaft adopts imported self-aligning roller bearing which ensures precise concentric rotation.
• Top sieve frame adopts adjustable pressing mechanism, convenient and easy for operation.
• New type sieve frames and novel design of bins increase the sieving area and capacity.
• Doors and passages are rigorously sealed, no stock escape and leakage.
• Plansifter frame is made by bending and welding with steel plates which are used for automobile crossbeams. It has good rigidity and fatigue resistance.
• The whole machine is fully enclosed and the motor is built in, with elegant appearance.
